Where do you ship from?

All North American orders will ship directly from The Colour Forge out of our Pheonix, AZ warehouse.

How long will my order take to ship once placed?

Non-preorder orders generally ship within 2-3 business days for those placed Monday thru Friday by 12pm MST (Arizona). We do not process orders on weekends, so orders placed after noon Fridays will ship the following week. New release windows, holidays, and special events may extend shipping times, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible!

How do I get tracking information for my order?

You will receive an email from us each time an order is processed and shipped that includes tracking information from the chosen carrier.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for me to receive it?

Shipping times vary by carrier, and we can make no guarantees about delivery times. Once you receive our automated shipping notification via email, you should expect your package to arrive within a week to US locations. Please contact your carrier with tracking information if you think your shipment has been delayed.

What other colors are coming and when?

We are working hard to get all of our great Colour Forge colors stateside! Wave 2 will include six more and then Wave 3 will have the even more. We hope to have Wave 2 available before Christmas 2024 and Wave 3 by the beginning of 2025. Keep checking back for more info!

How do I use Colour Forge spray colors?

For the best results:

1. Shake the can thoroughly for 5 minutes.

2. During colder weather, our warm water over the body of the can to bring it up to room temperature.

3. Repeat until all paint is warmed through.

4. Hold spray 12 inches from model and use short passes over the uncovered areas until the model is covered.

5. After use, rotate the can so it is upside down and spray until clear, this reduced the chance of nozzle blockages.

My order was incorrect, damaged, or not what I expected. What to do?

We always want you happy with your purchase, so please contact us at support@thecolourforge-na.com with photos of the damage, so we can get it resolved as quickly as possible. Sometimes it's instruction on usage or technique with the product, and sometimes we just need to get you a replacement or refund. Either way, we're here for you!
