Return Policy
We always want you happy with your Colour Forge products, so contact us at support@thecolourforge-na.com with photos of the problem you're experiencing, and we'll get you taken care of as quickly as we can. Sometimes, it's instruction on usage or technique with the product and sometimes we just need to get you a replacement. Either way, we're here for you!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thecolourforge-na.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE - All orders using PAYPAL as a payment option will incur a 5% restock fee for returns and cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost / Missing Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking, and The Colour Forge NA assumes no further responsibility once a package is verified as delivered by the carrier via tracking information. Should a package not reach the destination (lost) and be untraceable, we will work with the carrier to replace / refund the order as requested by customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Should you need to cancel an order, simply contact support@thecolourforge-na.com and we will attempt to remove it from the system prior to shipping. Please realize that we ship very quickly, and in some cases, your order may ship prior to you notifying of your need to cancel. If that's the case, we will handle it as a standard return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
